Tanz durch den Regen - Trude

A man walks through heavy rain under a large black umbrella, one arm stretched out into the wet, with a second figure in a dark coat at the right edge of the picture. Almost everything is purple — the wall behind him, the rain falling in long vertical streaks, the shadow at his back — broken only by the pale blue splash of a puddle at his feet.

Painted in acrylic with visible brushwork and heavy black outlines. Trude is a German artist working from her own studio in watercolour and acrylic, drawn to people, nature and everyday moments, and to colour, playful pattern and expressive characters. Available as a poster or fine art canvas print in multiple sizes.
