Holynight - Fran Rodriguez

A figure lies face down on pale sand with both arms stretched wide, seen from above, shoulders and back bare. The whole upper half of the picture is deep space: a dense field of white stars with a faint galaxy at the upper left and a drift of rose and violet across the dark.

Built as a digital collage, with a photographed figure set against a night sky and the horizon left as a hard straight line. Fran Rodriguez, who works as lacabezaenlasnubes, is a Spanish digital artist known for images of humanity's place in the universe, and has worked with bands including Weezer, Tame Impala and Tycho. Available as a poster or fine art canvas print in multiple sizes.
