Raissa Oltmanns is a Hamburg-based German illustrator who originally worked as a photographer and graphic designer before turning to illustration. Her artworks are characterised by bold, vibrant colours, clean lines and stylised human figures — often celebrating femininity, self-acceptance and empowerment. She works digitally, but incorporates textures from traditional techniques like watercolour, ink and linoleum prints to add depth and tactile nuance.
