Birds in Green and Purple - Eva Hartman

Seven birds are drawn on bare white paper in single unbroken lines, greens on the left and violets on the right. The strokes loop back on themselves to make a beak, an eye and a tail, the bodies are left open, and the group leans together as if mid-conversation.

Drawn in continuous line with coloured pens, nothing filled in and the white of the sheet left to carry the shapes. Eva Hartman sees herself as a visual storyteller, where each picture is a story, and works in digital drawing, watercolour, acrylic pens, felt pens and ink pens. Available as a poster or fine art canvas print in multiple sizes.
