The Light Moment - Elisa Kay

A woman's face fills the frame, with a large coral hibiscus at her temple and a green and turquoise hummingbird hovering at her lips. Her skin is painted in warm pinks and ochres, and the grey-lilac background behind her runs with thin red drips.

Oil and mixed media, worked wet in wet with fine detail in the bird's feathers. Elisa Kay is a visual artist and art therapist based in Leisel, Germany, who paints atmospheric abstract realism and wildlife portraits. Available as a poster or fine art canvas print in multiple sizes.
